Terms and Conditions
This offer is valid for meetings between June 1st and August 31st, 2011 based on availability. Minimum of 10 rooms per night for two nights to qualify. The accommodation rate is based on single/double occupancy, inclusive of breakfast and VAT. The conference package rate is inclusive of 20% VAT and includes meeting room rental, standard technical equipment, 1 coffee break, a light warm buffet lunch or 2 course menu, still water, coffee & tea throughout the meeting. All rates are non-commissionable. Offer excludes closeout and city wide congress dates.
