Executive Chef Edmond Janouš


Edmond Janouš, Executive Chef of the Art Nouveau Palace Hotel, is undoubtedly one of the finest Czech culinary talents. His career includes working alongside renowned chefs such as Jean Paul Manzac and the famous Zdeněk Pohlreich. Edmond has held positions in numerous five-star hotels, some of which he helped to open successfully. He favours simple dishes made from fresh seasonal ingredients, with a passion for Mediterranean and Spanish cuisine, as well as flavours from the Middle East. His mission is to deliver a holistic dining experience that harmonises exquisite flavours with the refined ambience in which the dishes are served.
