Edmond Janouš - Executive Chef
Edmond Janouš, the Executive Chef of Art Nouveau Palace Hotel, is without doubt one of the excelent Czech chefs. His career is connected with names such as Jean Paul Manzac, or he cooperated with the celebrity chef Zdeněk Polreich. Edmond worked in many five star hotel restaurants and has successfully opened several of them. He prefers simple meals from fresh seasonal ingredints, his favourite kitchen are Medittarian and Spanish and he also likes tastes from middle east. He aims to provide diners with an all-embracing experience where the pleasures of the plate are combined with the pleasant ambience where the food is served.
