1986 - 1989
1986년에는 건축물뿐만 아니라 내부시설과 장식들이 모두 시간의 흐름속에 황폐해져, 문을 닫고 리모델링에 들어갔습니다. 1989년에 새로 문을 열었는데, 프라하 내 다른 프라하식 아르누보양식의 건물과는 다르게, 차별성과 독특함을 가진, 비엔나식 아르누보 양식으로 복원되었습니다.
